AFFORDABLY PRICED. BECAUSE NOTHING SHOULD STAND IN THE WAY OF YOUR SUCCESS.
Kaplan University offers an education at a competitive price, with books and course
materials included in the price of tuition for all undergraduate degree programs.*
Financial Aid and Scholarships

you. Available options include federal grants and federal, state, and private lending
programs, including military financial aid. Many Kaplan University scholarships

Employer Reimbursement
Many employers will reimburse, in full or in part, working students who acquire
advanced knowledge and training. Check with your human resources department to learn
more about employer reimbursement.
Military Personnel and Veterans
Kaplan University believes in the potential of our military in the classroom and
in their careers. Were committed to helping military personnel achieve that
potential. Special tuition rates for active-duty military personnel and veterans
are designed so that military benefits, such as tuition assistance and the Montgomery
GI Bill, will cover much, if not all, of the cost of a Kaplan University education.
Discounts for active-duty military spouses are also available. Textbooks and instructional
materials are provided at no additional charge for undergraduate degree programs.
Third-Party Billing (Tuition Assistance)
When a private or government agency pays a portion of your tuition, fees, or required
textbooks, this is considered third-party billing. The agency will receive a
bill directly from the University and send the payment directly to the University
(NOT to you, the student). Third-party billing plans are available through
employers and military/government agencies if:
- Kaplan University has approved your private agency for direct billing
- You are currently an active-duty service member or a civilian government contract
employee
- You are currently eligible for benefits under Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation
and Employment (Chapter 31 only)
